St. Matthew's Episcopal Church Maple Glen, Pennsylvania

Please note: All in-person activities and services at Saint Matthew’s remain suspended as we seek to do our part to help contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We ask you to keep in your prayers all who have been affected by this pandemic and those who care for them. To stay in community and support one another during this time, we will continue to live-stream our service at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday.

The Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania has approved St. Matthew’s plan to return to the livestreaming of our Sunday service. As a result, starting on June 21st our Sunday service will be livestreamed to Facebook Live.

The start time of the Sunday service will be 9:30 a.m. For the best experience, we recommend viewing the livestream directly on Facebook. The livestream will also appear below once we begin streaming.

Keep in mind there may be a small delay. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute for the video to start streaming in the above window once we begin the livestream. If you have issues viewing the livestream, please click the “refresh” icon on your web browser (circular arrow) until it appears.

If that doesn’t resolve the problem, please visit St. Matthew’s Facebook page here, as the service is livestreamed on there as well. You do not need a Facebook account to view the livestreamed service (instructions here, if needed.)

Tip: If you have difficulty hearing the audio, please try using headphones or earbuds.

Now, more than ever, we need your support! All of us will be affected financially as a result of this pandemic. We hope each of you can bless us with your tithes and offerings so that we may care for those who work at St. Matts. Though our church campus is not currently open to you, our staff is still hard at work, providing for the St. Matthew’s community and Nursery School. If you have additional resources and would like to provide for parishioners who are hit hard by this pandemic, you may make a contribution to St. Matthew’s directed toward the Rector’s Discretionary Fund.  Please visit St. Matthew’s Giving page here for options to make a contribution.
